We collect and hold information for the purpose of re-issuing orders in the event of transmission failure or verification of purchases made.

Payment by Credit card

Our site uses NetBanx, a secure payment gateway, for collection of your credit card details. All information you provide on the payment page is encrypted for your security.

Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

We will not sell trade or rent your personal information

This includes both associated companies and third parties

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address

We do not hold your credit card details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Your guide to product ordering

Select the font(s) you require within the "Browse & Buy" section of our site.
Select the products you wish to purchase (be sure to indicate whether you want Mac or Windows platform and whether you want PostScript or TrueType format) then click on the "Add to Basket" button.

Check your order
On the Shopping Basket screen you can either choose additional fonts, remove items from your order, cancel your order, or place your secure order.

Completing your order
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, the payment screen will ask you to enter:

• Your email address
• Your payment details

Once all your details are entered, click the "Transmit" button to complete your order.

Order Confirmation
You will be given your transaction reference number and a link from which your products can be downloaded. MAKE A NOTE OF YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER - it is unique for each order.

Download
You will be taken to an "order preparation" page that allows you to prepare your order for download. After clicking on the "Prepare Order for Download" button you will see an "order collection point" page where you can download your purchased fonts.

You will be allowed a certain number of minutes to download your font order, though if required you can go back to previous orders up to 30 days after purchase to re-prepare your order for download.

You willl also receive three emails, a transaction confirmation from NetBanx containing details of your credit card transaction, an invoice containing address details and a description of your order and a license certificate which you should retain as proof of purchase.
